Dear Parent/Guardians,
These are very worrying times for us all and we would firstly like to thank you all for your continued support of Aspire Gymnastics Club and also send our best to you and your families.
We have now made a very difficult decision, but one that we feel is right given the latest Government advice. Aspire Gymnastics Club will close at 6:00pm on Saturday 21st March 2020, until further notice. Although there is no specific forced closure on gymnastics clubs at present, this is something that we feel is the right thing to do for the health and wellbeing of our members and staff.
We can confirm that all future payments have been suspended by the Club and once we reopen any credit remaining from March will be credited towards sessions in the month we reopen. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit authorisation, as no payments will be taken until we reopen.
As a not for profit sports club, we are working on ways to ensure that we can continue beyond this closure. Many of you have offered your support during this time, including financially. We are very grateful to you for this. Should you wish to help us during this difficult time, any donations would be very much appreciated - http://bit.ly/aspire-donate However, this is not expected as we understand that many of you will also be struggling financially, and again want to assure you that no payments will be taken during the our closure.
Over the coming weeks, we will endeavour to provide, via our social media and email, things to keep our members active and enjoying the sport of gymnastics, that we all love.
We also aim to send out the next edition of our newsletter, to celebrate all the fantastic things that have happened recently. We will keep everyone updated as much as we can, either via email or social media. Therefore, we urge members to keep a watchful eye on your email and our social media pages.
These are unprecedented times. you have all been amazing and so supportive – THANK YOU!
