A massive thank you to Choreog with Soph for visiting our club to run 2 group artistry workshop sessions.
Sophie worked with the girls on their musicality and general artistry for both floor/beam routine, a couple of beam complex’s and with our older gymnasts, developing a warmup for competitions.
Everyone really enjoyed the day and learned so much.
